The Results

We are providing the Air Force with a 360 degree strategy that evaluates and streamlines all aspects of delivery including: human capital and process reorganization, product analysis, enterprise acquisition strategy and strategic sourcing.

As a first and critical step, we conducted extensive user research to include in-person user interviews, survey research, user journey and persona development as well as developed a measurement framework to evaluate the effectiveness of the end-user experience.

Our organizing principle is about adopting a customer-centric mindset for USAF consumers of IT and coupling that with a diligent strategy to effectively unite the massive changes that will be required to meet Air Force objectives.
